Vancouver-based, Aragon Properties Ltd., one of Canada’s largest developers, recently entrusted me with the task of capturing a series of marketing images designed to enhance the appeal of two of their newest developments: the Wadams Farm development in Sooke, BC, and the Oakwoods development in Victoria, BC.

Incorporating neighbourhood photos in the promotion of a new development is so important as it gives prospective homebuyers additional information crucial to their decision-making process. Undoubtedly, showcasing nearby parks, popular tourist destinations, vibrant marketplaces, community centers and charming streets contributes to painting a more comprehensive and enticing picture of the potential lifestyle awaiting residents in their new homes.
