FAQ

Why is it taking so long to download the files?
Although these videos are compressed to reduce size, they are still relatively large files. Avoid downloading all of the folders at the same time. Downloading one folder at a time greatly reduces the amount of time the download process will take because it will minimize the likelihood of the link failing and, thus, having to start over.

Will I be able to watch already downloaded files, even as other files continue to download?
Yes, you can start watching the first videos while the second folder is downloading.

What’s the best way to open a “zipped” file?
When the download is complete, open the Download folder on your computer. When you find the zipped file, right-click on it and, from the drop-down menu, click on ‘Extract All.’

What happens if one of my downloads fails?
Simply refresh your browser and try again.

I tried downloading a file and it failed a number of times. Now the system won’t allow me to try again. Why not?
As a safety precaution, many download systems have a maximum number of attempts. If you’ve run out of download attempts, just let me know and I will reset your downloads, so that you can try again. Once again, to reduce the risk of download failure, please avoid downloading all of the folders at the same time. Downloading one folder at a time greatly reduces errors in your download.
